By accessing and using HSTOCK, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
3. Payments & Deposits
All transactions are conducted in USDT (cryptocurrency). Deposits are manually reviewed and approved. We reserve the right to reject deposits that appear suspicious or fraudulent. All sales are final.
4. Product Delivery
Auto-delivery products are delivered instantly after successful payment. Manual delivery products are delivered within the stated timeframe. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts but cannot guarantee availability at all times.
5. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for delivered digital products. If a product is not delivered due to our error, we will either re-deliver or credit your wallet. Disputes must be opened within 7 days of purchase.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our platform for any illegal activities, resell accounts for malicious purposes, attempt to hack or disrupt our services, create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, or engage in fraudulent chargebacks.
7. Seller Terms
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and quality of their products. HSTOCK charges a commission on each sale as stated in the seller agreement. Sellers must comply with all applicable laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
HSTOCK is not responsible for how purchased products are used after delivery. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our platform in any way.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
